Thanks to David Flynn of Omaha, Nebraska for sending us this
classic food funny:

A Yogi walked into the Zen Pizza Parlor and said, "Make me
one with everything." When the Yogi got the pizza, he gave the
proprietor a $20 bill. The proprietor pocketed the bill. The Yogi
said, "Don't I get change?"

The proprietor said, "Change must come from within."

This sandwich has all the flavors of the classic club sandwich with
only a fraction of the effort.

Turkey Club Roll-Up

For each sandwich:
1 large flour tortilla
1 tsp (5 ml) mayonnaise
2 slices deli turkey
1 slice cheese of your choice
1 slice crisp bacon
1 lettuce leaf
2 slices tomato
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Spread the tortilla with mayonnaise. Place the turkey, cheese,
bacon, lettuce, and tomato on in layers. Season with pepper and
roll up jelly roll fashion. Wrap in wax paper or aluminum foil.
Makes 1 sandwich.
