"Driving Drunk"*

*Two red-necks named Cletus and Bubba were
driving down a long country road drinkig beer,
when up ahead they suddenly spotted a police car.

Cletus turns to bubba and says, "Stick this beer
label on to your forehead and do exactly as I say."

The police officer gets out of his car and approaches
their car and says, "Have you gentlemen been drinking?"

Cletus and Bubba point to their foreheads. "No sir, we're on the patch!"

"Bozo Criminal of the Day"*

*Bozo criminal for today comes from Redondo
Beach, California. Not only is the following
gentleman a Bozo winner, he also wins our
award for Bozo excuse of the day.

John Abrams was stopped by police after they
noticed the car he was driving had the upper
half of a traffic light pole laying across its hood.

Obviously the Bozo had been in an accident, but
when the police asked Mr. Abrams why he had
a traffic light pole laying across the hood of his
car, the rather intoxicated Bozo replied, "It came
with the car when I bought it."
