1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (26 oz.) Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
6 cups hot cooked rice
Shredded Cheddar cheese
COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD soup, Worcestershire and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Cook over low
heat 5 min. or until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice. Top with
cheese. Serves 6.
