2-Step Skillet Chicken Broccoli Divan
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut up
3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
(Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
MELT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
ADD broccoli, soup and milk. Cover and simmer 5 min. or until done.
Sprinkle with cheese. Serves 4.
TIP: For another quick recipe, substitute Campbell's(R) Cream of
Mushroom Soup and top with shredded Swiss cheese.
Kitchen Clip:
Serve with a mix of white and wild rice. For dessert, serve ice cream
with chocolate sauce.
