Quick Glazed Pork & Rice Skillet
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick each
1 3/4 cups Swanson(R) Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness(TM) or
Certified Organic)
3/4 cup apricot preserves OR orange marmalade
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
2 cups uncooked instant white rice
Directions:
COOK chops in nonstick skillet until browned. Remove chops.
ADD broth, preserves and mustard. Heat to a boil.
STIR in rice. Top with chops. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or
until done. Serves 4.

Serve with a crisp green salad and store bought brownies for dessert.
