dinner tonight!
Tasty 2-Step Chicken
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's(R) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
(Regular, 98% Fat Free, 25% Less Sodium or Healthy Request(R))
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken
and cook for 10 minutes until it's well browned on both sides. Remove
the chicken and set aside. Pour off any fat.
Stir the soup and water into the skillet. Heat to a boil. Return the
chicken to the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5
minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
Serve with a tossed green salad and a Pepperidge Farm(R) 3-Layer Cake
for dessert.
