crowd-pleaser!
Easy Beef & Pasta
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4" thick
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Tomato Soup
1/2 cup water
1 bag (about 16 oz.) frozen vegetable pasta blend
Directions:
SLICE beef into very thin strips.
HEAT oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned, stirring often.
ADD soup, water and vegetable/pasta blend. Heat to a boil. Cover and
cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
To save time, serve with a Caesar salad made with bottled dressing, and
store-bought brownies for dessert.
