This Friday night supper is comforting, tasty and a great way to end the
work week!
Easy Chicken-Vegetable Italiano
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 25 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Prego(R) Fresh Mushroom Italian Sauce (3 cups)
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 cups hot cooked spaghetti OR linguine
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned and juices
evaporate. Set chicken aside.
ADD pasta sauce, vegetables and cheese. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook
over low heat 15 min. or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
RETURN chicken to skillet and heat through. Serve over spaghetti. Serves 6.

Serve with a crisp green salad and some Pepperidge Farm(R) Crusty Garlic
Bread.
