Breathe new life into pork chops with this simply scrumptious dish!

Creamy Mustard Pork Chops
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp. butter OR margarine
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98%
Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
 SPRINKLE chops with lemon pepper seasoning. Heat butter in skillet.
Cook chops 10 min. or until browned.
 ADD soup, milk and mustard. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low
heat 10 min. or until chops are done. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4.
 TIP: Serve with egg noodles and your favorite steamed vegetable. For
dessert serve chunky applesauce topped with cinnamon.

Kitchen Clip:
For a little variety, substitute other herbs for the parsley. Try an
equal amount of chopped fresh cilantro or chives, or 2 teaspoons of
fresh thyme.
