Spice up your supper tonight with this flavorful southwestern dish!

Beefy Fajitas with a Twist
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless top round steak, cut into strips
1 medium green pepper, cut into 2" strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can (10 1/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Beef Gravy
8 flour tortillas (8''), warmed
 Shredded Cheddar cheese
 Chunky salsa

Directions:
 HEAT oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned and juices
evaporate, stirring often.
 ADD pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.
 ADD gravy and heat through. Spoon beef mixture into tortillas. Top with
cheese and salsa and wrap. Makes 8 fajitas.
 TIP: Serve with Mexican-style rice or refried beans. For dessert serve
vanilla pudding.

Kitchen Clip:
The steak will be easier to slice if you freeze it for about 30 minutes
before slicing.
