Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 5 min. - Cook Time: 35 min.
1 3/4 cups Swanson(R) Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness(TM) or
Certified Organic)
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed
Directions:
MIX broth, lemon juice, basil, thyme and black pepper.
GRILL or broil chicken 35 min. or until chicken is done, turning and
brushing often with broth mixture. Discard remaining broth mixture.
Serves 4.

Pick up deli cole slaw and some garlic bread to serve with this easy
grilled chicken.
