Make Friday notable with a special dish tonight that comes together with
little extra effort.

Grilled Skewered Shrimp
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

2/3 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions:
 MIX picante sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Add shrimp and
toss to coat.
 THREAD shrimp on 12 skewers.
 GRILL shrimp 10 min. or until done, turning and brushing often with
picante sauce mixture. Discard remaining picante sauce mixture. Serves 6.

Kitchen Clip:
To keep shrimp from twisting on the skewers while grilling, skewer them
through two points--close to the head and close to the tail. They'll lie
flat on the grill.
