family-pleasing supper.
Chicken in Mushroom Sauce
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 5 min. - Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98%
Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
4 cups hot cooked rice
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 10 min. or
until browned.
ADD soup, milk and black pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over
low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done. Serve with rice. Garnish with
parsley. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
Toss salad greens with some seasonal fruit--sliced oranges and/or green
grapes--and vinaigrette to accompany this chicken skillet supper. Offer
Pepperidge Farm(R) cookies with ice cream for dessert.
