Surprise and delight them tonight with a super simple, but delicious supper.

Roast Chicken Sandwiches with Basil & Peppers
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min.

4 slices Pepperidge Farm&#174; 15 Grain Whole Grain Bread *
4 tsp. creamy Dijon-style mustard
6 oz. thinly-sliced rotisserie chicken OR roasted chicken
2 roasted red peppers, cut into strips
 Fresh basil leaves

Directions:
 SPREAD bread with mustard.
 TOP 2 slices bread with chicken, red pepper, basil and remaining bread.
Serves 2.
 TIP: *Also delicious with Pepperidge Farm(R) 9 Grain Natural Whole
Grain Bread.
