Serve these family-favorite flavors tonight and you'll be asked to make
this often.

Mexican Beef Stew
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 30 min.

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder OR 4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Tomato Soup
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Beef Broth
1 cup water
2 tbsp. chili powder
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
1 can (about 16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
 Shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
 COOK beef, onion and garlic powder in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
 ADD soup, broth, water, chili powder and potatoes. Heat to a boil.
Cover and cook over low heat 15 min. or until potatoes are tender. Add
corn and heat through. Top with cheese. Serves 6.

Kitchen Clip:
Save prep time by picking up a package of peeled, diced potatoes in the
produce department.
