Tasty 2-Step Pork Chops
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98% Fat Free
Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
ADD soup and water. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10
min. or until done. Serves 4.
*Also great with Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup, with 1/2
cup milk instead of water.
Kitchen Clip:
Use boneless or bone-in chops for this dish. You can slice boneless pork
chops from a boneless pork loin roast.
