Basil Chicken & Vegetables
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Broccoli Soup OR 98% Fat Free
Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, milk, basil, black pepper and vegetables. Heat to a boil.
Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
For a slight change, substitute cubes of chicken breast for breast
halves; spoon over hot baked potatoes or rice.
