Chicken Olive Calzones

Make Friday night special with a super supper they'll love.

Chicken Olive Calzones
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 30 min.

1 pkg. (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
3/4 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed OR 1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh
oregano leaves
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped pimento-stuffed olives
 Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
 PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface
and pat into 15"x10" rectangle. Cut into 6 (5") squares. Mix egg and water.
 MIX picante sauce, oregano, chicken, Cheddar cheese and olives.
 SPOON about 1/4 cup chicken mixture in center of each square. Brush
edges with egg mixture. Fold squares over filling to form triangles.
Crimp edges to seal. Place on baking sheet. Brush with egg mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
 BAKE 10 min. or until golden. Serve with additional picante sauce.
Garnish with additional olives and oregano. Makes 6.

Kitchen Clip:
Teens can make these calzones as an afternoon or Saturday night snack.
Toss together their favorite pizza toppings as a filling.
