Orange Picante Pork Chops
from Campbell's Kitchen

Marinating Time: 1 hr. - Cook Time: 15 min.

3/4 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder OR 1 clove garlic, minced
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick

Directions:
 MIX picante sauce, orange juice and garlic in shallow nonmetallic dish.
Add chops and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr. Remove chops
from picante sauce mixture.
 GRILL or broil chops 15 min. or until done, turning and brushing often
with picante sauce mixture. Discard remaining picante sauce mixture.
Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Save by slicing your own pork chops from a boneless pork loin roast.
Plan ahead: Chops can be frozen in self-sealing bags in this marinade;
simply thaw and grill.
