Grilled Swordfish Steaks with Citrus Salsa

Grilled Swordfish Steaks with Citrus Salsa
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

3/4 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce OR Chunky Salsa
1 tsp. grated orange zest
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup coarsely chopped orange
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
4 swordfish steaks, 1" thick (about 1 1/2 lb.)

Directions:
 MIX picante sauce, orange zest, orange juice and cilantro. Reserve 1/2
cup . For salsa, add orange, tomato and onions to remaining picante
sauce mixture.
 GRILL or broil fish 10 min. or until done, turning once and brushing
often with reserved picante sauce mixture. Discard remaining picante
sauce mixture.
 SERVE fish with orange salsa. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Wrap dinner rolls in foil and heat on grill while grilling fish. Any
leftover grilled fish is delicious topping a green salad for lunch tomorrow.
