A saucy supper tonight is on the table in a flash, with the family not far behind.

Chicken Marinara with Pasta
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder OR 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups Prego(R) Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce
1 jar (about 4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
4 cups hot cooked linguine
 Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
 HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and garlic powder and cook over medium heat 5 min., stirring often.
 ADD pasta sauce, picante sauce and mushrooms. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 10 min. or until chicken is done. Serve over linguine with cheese. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
To save time, use frozen chicken cubes or strips; run package under cool water to thaw before stir-frying.
