Dinner tonight from the slow cooker is sure to become a "most requested dish" of the family.

Apricot Glazed Pork Roast
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 5 min. - Cook Time: About 9 hr.

1 can Campbell's(R) Chicken Broth
1 jar (18 oz.) apricot preserves
1 large onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 lb. boneless pork loin roast

Directions:
MIX broth, preserves, onion and mustard in slow cooker. Add pork and turn to coat.
COVER and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hr. or until done. Serves 8.
For thicker sauce: After cooking pork, remove from cooker. Mix 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 2 tbsp. water. Stir into cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 10 min. or until mixture boils and thickens.

Kitchen Clip:
Thinly sliced roast makes great cold sandwiches for a lunch bag, or it can be reheated with sauce and served over crusty rolls for open-faced sandwiches.
