TASTY TUESDAY PRESENTS:
Easy Chicken and Pasta
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.
1 tbsp. Crisco(R) Vegetable Oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut up
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 1/4 cups water
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
2 cups frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
2 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. Set chicken aside.
ADD soup, water, basil and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Add pasta. Cook 10 min. over medium heat, stirring often.
ADD chicken. Cook 5 min. or until pasta is done, stirring often. Sprinkle with cheese. Serves 4.

Instead of frozen vegetables, try a combination of fresh cut veggies from the produce section or the farmer's market.
