Grilled Chicken & Orange Salad

Just the aroma from tonight's "hit" supper dish will bring them to the
table.

    
*Grilled Chicken & Orange Salad*
*from Campbell's Kitchen *

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

*Ingredients:*

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell'sŪ Tomato Soup
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder* OR *1 clove garlic, minced
4 boneless chicken breast halves
8 cups salad greens torn in bite-size pieces
1 can (11 oz.) Mandarin orange segments, drained
3 green onions, sliced

*Directions:*
*MIX* soup, oil, vinegar, soy, ginger and garlic powder. Reserve *about
1 1/4 cups* soup mixture for dressing.
*GRILL* chicken 15 min. or until done, turning and brushing often with
the remaining *1/2 cup* soup mixture. Discard remaining soup mixture.
Cut chicken into thin strips.
*ARRANGE* salad greens, Mandarin oranges and onions on platter. Top with
chicken and drizzle with reserved soup mixture. Serves 4.

Chicken can be marinated in the basting sauce overnight, if you like.
Just make sure to store the remaining 1 1/4 cup soup mixture separately
in the refrigerator to use as dressing for the salad.
