Pastry Tostadas Olé

Thaw Time: 30 min. - Prep Time: 15 min. - Bake Time: 15 min.
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm(R) Frozen Puff Pastry Shells
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup water
1 pkg. (about 1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 cup shredded Cheddar OR Monterey Jack cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
2 green onions, sliced
Sour cream
Directions:
THAW pastry shells at room temperature 30 min. Preheat oven to 400°F.
ROLL pastry shells into 7" circles on lightly floured surface. Place on 2 baking sheets and prick thoroughly with fork. Bake 15 min. or until golden.
COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD water and taco seasoning. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 5 min.
DIVIDE beef mixture among pastry circles. Top with cheese, tomato, olives and onions. Garnish with sour cream. Serves 6.
