Beef Taco Bake

TASTY TUESDAY PRESENTS:

Beef Taco Bake
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 30 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup
1 cup Pace(R) Chunky Salsa OR Picante Sauce
1/2 cup milk
6 (8") flour tortillas OR 8 (6") corn tortillas, cut into 1" pieces
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
 COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
 ADD soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Cover .
 BAKE at 400°F. for 30 min. or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serves 4.

This family pleasing casserole can be put together and refrigerated, covered, overnight. Just leave simple directions for someone to pop it into the oven before you get home.
