Tuscany Chicken and Gravy

The family will love this new twist on a chicken dinner tonight.

Tuscany Chicken and Gravy
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 25 min.

4 boneless chicken breast halves
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Franco-American(R) Chicken Gravy
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, drained and cut up
2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
 COAT chicken with flour.
 HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken and keep warm.
 ADD gravy, tomatoes, basil and garlic powder to skillet. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 5 min. Stir in cheese. Serve over chicken. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Italian seasoning can be substituted for the basil and garlic powder. Serve chicken and gravy garnished with extra Parmesan cheese for added flavor.
