A tasty, easy supper tonight is custom-made for a busy-family, midweek meal!
Creamy Chicken & Pasta
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut up
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken OR 98% Fat Free Cream
of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup water
1 bag (about 16 oz.) frozen vegetable pasta blend
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, water and vegetable pasta blend. Heat to a boil. Cover and
cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
Complete the menu with a green salad tossed with garlicky dressing, and
warm Pepperidge Farm(R) dinner rolls. Serve fresh fruit for dessert.
