Savory Italian flavors and aromas will make this skillet supper a family
favorite.

Skillet Sausage and Stuffing
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 30 min. - Stand Time: 5 min.

1 lb. sweet OR hot Italian pork sausage, cut into 1" pieces
1 1/4 cups water *
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1 small green OR red pepper, cut into 2" strips
4 cups Pepperidge Farm(R) Herb Seasoned Stuffing

Directions:
  COOK sausage in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
  ADD water, onion and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low
heat 5 min. or until sausage is done.
  ADD stuffing. Mix lightly. Cover and let stand 5 min. Serves 4.
*For moister stuffing, increase water to 1 1/2 cups.

Kitchen Clip:
Toss a colorful salad mix with a garlicky vinaigrette and crunchy
Pepperidge Farm(R) croutons. Serve spumoni ice cream and Pepperidge
Farm(R) cookies for dessert.
