Baked potatoes are family-pleasing, and this spicy potato topping will
become an instant favorite!

2-Step Chili-Topped Potatoes
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce
4 hot baked potatoes, split
  Shredded Cheddar cheese
  Chopped green onions

Directions:
  COOK beef and chili powder in skillet until browned.
  ADD picante sauce and heat through. Serve over potatoes. Top with
cheese and onions. Serves 4.
To bake potatoes, pierce potatoes with fork. Bake at 400°F for 1 hr. or
microwave on HIGH 12 to 16 min. or until fork-tender.

Kitchen Clip:
Serve with salad greens tossed with your favorite dressing. Serve ice
cream for dessert.
