Creative, quick and family-pleasing, this delicious supper will delight
both the family and the cook!

Chicken Olive Calzones
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 30 min.

1 pkg. (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
3/4 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed OR 1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh
oregano leaves
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped Spanish pimento-stuffed olives
  Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
  PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface
and pat into 15x10" rectangle. Cut into 6 (5") squares. Mix egg and water.
  MIX picante sauce, oregano, chicken, Cheddar cheese and olives.
  SPOON about 1/4 cup chicken mixture in center of each square. Brush
edges of squares with egg mixture. Fold squares to form triangles. Pinch
edges together. Place on baking sheet. Brush with egg mixture. Sprinkle
with Parmesan cheese.
  BAKE 10 min. or until browned. Serve with additional picante sauce.
Garnish with additional olives and oregano. Makes 6 calzones.

Kitchen Clip:
Toss salad greens with your favorite dressing and serve apples with
caramel dipping sauce for dessert.
