You won't have to call the family twice for supper tonight! This simple
dish will become a favorite.

Savory Pork Chops with Herb Stuffing
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 5 min. - Bake Time: 25 min.

1 pkg. (17.9 oz.) Campbell's(R) Supper Bakes™ Savory Pork Chops
with Herb Stuffing includes seasoning, stuffing, baking sauce, crumb
topping
1 1/3 cups hot water
2 tbsp. butter OR margarine, cut up
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick (about 1 lb.)

Directions:
  PREHEAT oven to 375°F.

  MIX seasoning , hot water, butter and stuffing in 13x9x2" baking dish.
Push stuffing to center of dish. Place pork chops around stuffing.

  POUR baking sauce over pork chops. Sprinkle pork chops with crumb
topping .
  BAKE 25 min. or until pork reaches 160°F. Serves 4.
  To prepare in skillet : Use same ingredients as oven version. Spray
large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1 min.
Cook pork chops 10 min. or until browned on both sides and done. Remove
pork chops. Mix seasoning , hot water, butter and stuffing in same
skillet. Push stuffing to one side of skillet. Place pork chops in
skillet next to stuffing. Pour baking sauce over pork chops. Sprinkle
pork chops with crumb topping . Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or
until heated through.

  To prepare in microwave : Use same ingredients as oven version, but
mix seasoning , hot water, butter and stuffing in 3-qt. microwavable
casserole. Push stuffing to center of casserole. Place pork chops around
stuffing in a single layer. Pour baking sauce over pork chops. Cover.
Microwave on HIGH 15 min. or until done. Let stand 1 min. in microwave
oven. Sprinkle pork chops with crumb topping .

Complete this menu with buttered green beans and a cucumber salad. Serve
butterscotch sundaes and Pepperidge Farm(R) Sugar Cookies for dessert.
