Picante Macaroni and Cheese

Dinner tonight features a family-pleasing dish with a spicy surprise
ingredient everyone will love.

Picante Macaroni and Cheese
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 20 min. - Cook Time: 30 min.

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Mushroom OR 98% Fat Free Cream
of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3 cups hot cooked elbow pasta
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
  Fresh cilantro

Directions:
  MIX soup, picante sauce, 1 1/2 cups cheese and pasta in 1 1/2-qt.
casserole.
  BAKE at 400°F. for 25 min. Stir.
  TOP with chips and remaining cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is
melted. Serve with additional picante sauce and garnish with cilantro.
Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Toss mixed greens and diced pineapple with a vinaigrette dressing as a
complement to this zingy macaroni dish. Serve a variety of Pepperidge
Farm(R) cookies with ice cream for dessert.
