You can serve this easy dinner again and again, and they'll still ask
for it!

Italian Potato Topper
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Mushroom OR 98% Fat Free Cream
of Mushroom Soup
  Dash pepper
2 cups frozen Italian vegetable combination
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 hot baked potatoes, split
  Chopped tomato

Directions:
  MIX soup, pepper, vegetables and cheese in saucepan. Heat to a boil.
Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until heated through.
  SERVE over potatoes. Top with tomato. Serves 4.
To bake potatoes, pierce potatoes with fork. Bake at 400°F. for 1 hr. or
microwave on HIGH 12-16 min. or until fork-tender.

Kitchen Clip:
Slice a crusty loaf of Italian bread and toss greens with Italian
dressing to complete the menu. Serve pudding with Pepperidge Farm(R)
cookies for dessert.
