warm-from-the-oven dessert.
Easy Apple Crisp
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
2 Pepperidge Farm(R) Soft Baked Santa Cruz Cookies, coarsely crumbled
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
2 tbsp. butter OR margarine, melted
Directions:
SPOON pie filling into 1-qt. casserole.
MIX cookies, walnuts and butter. Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 400°F.
for 15 min. or until warm. Serve with ice cream or frozen yogurt. Serves 6.

Serve bowls of warm apple crisp with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt,
and offer cold milk or hot coffee.
