Southwestern ingredients seasoned just right will make this a favorite
family dish. You can count on Campbell's(R) Kitchen for dinner ideas
both the family and the cook will enjoy.

Chicken Quesadillas
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken OR 98% Fat Free Cream
of Chicken Soup
1 jalapeņo pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken OR turkey *
8 flour tortillas (8'')
  Pace(R) Chunky Salsa
  Sour cream

Directions:
  PREHEAT oven to 425°F.
  MIX soup, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese and chicken.
  SPREAD about 1/4 cup soup mixture on half of each tortilla to within
1/2" of edge. Moisten edge with water. Fold over and seal. Place on 2
baking sheets.
  BAKE 10 min. or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve with
salsa and sour cream. Makes 8 quesadillas.
*Or use 2 cans (4.5 oz. each ) Swanson(R) Premium Chunk Chicken Breast,
drained.

Kitchen Clip:
Accompany with beans and rice, seasoned Mexican-style with tomatoes and
chili powder. For dessert, serve a fresh fruit salad with mango,
pineapple and mandarin oranges accompanied with Pepperidge Farm(R) cookies.
