supper. Count on Campbell's(R) Soups for tasty meal ideas that are ready
in no time.

Broccoli Fish Bake
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 15 min. - Cook Time: 20 min.

1 pkg. (about 10 oz.) broccoli spears, cooked and drained OR 1 lb. fresh
broccoli, cut into spears, cooked and drained
1 lb. fresh OR thawed frozen firm white fish fillets (cod, haddock or
halibut)
1 can Campbell's(R) Healthy Request(R) Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. paprika

Directions:
  ARRANGE broccoli in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with fish. Mix soup
and milk and pour over fish.
  SPRINKLE with cheese. Mix bread crumbs, butter and paprika and
sprinkle on top. Bake at 450°F. for 20 min. or until fish flakes easily
when tested with a fork.
  Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Frozen fish fillets will thaw quickly if you submerge the wrapped
package of fish in cold water (fill the sink with water, add wrapped
package of fish, place a saucepan filled with water on top of package to
keep it submerged) for 30 minutes.
