Mushroom Broccoli Alfredo

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

2 tbsp. butter OR margarine
3 cups broccoli flowerets
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder OR 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Mushroom OR 98% Fat Free Cream
of Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups hot cooked fettuccine OR spaghetti

Directions:
  HEAT butter in skillet. Add broccoli, mushrooms, onion and garlic.
Cook until tender-crisp.
  ADD soup, milk, pepper and cheese. Heat through. Serve over
fettuccine. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Fresh garlic can really give a lift to a dish. Keep a head of garlic,
intact, in a dark, cool place and remove cloves as you need them. To
easily peel and crush in one move, place garlic clove on a cutting board
and lay the flat side of a spatula on top. Holding the spatula with one
hand, use your other fist to quickly hit the spatula blade, removing the
papery skin from the clove and smashing it in one stroke.
