This savory supper dish is so elegant, it seems like "company's coming,"
but it's so simple that it's perfect for a Wednesday night.
Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken Dijon Soup jazzes up chicken breasts with
a kiss of honey and a touch of pecans for a super family supper.

Honey Dijon Chicken
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tbsp. butter OR margarine
4 chicken breast halves
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken Dijon Soup
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. honey
4 cups hot cooked rice
1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans OR walnuts

Directions:
  HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  ADD soup, milk and honey. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat
5 min. or until done. Serve with rice. Sprinkle with pecans. Serves 4.

Complete this menu with a green vegetable, like broccoli or asparagus
spears, a sliced orange salad and some warm dinner rolls.
