A savory supper is only minutes away with Creamy Pork Sauté. Stir-fry
pork strips with onion and celery, and stir in Campbell's(R) Cream of
Celery Soup to serve over rice. Voila! Dinner is served, compliments of
Campbell's(R).

Creamy Pork Sauté
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

1 lb. boneless pork loin
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Celery OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1/4 cup water
4 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
  SLICE pork into thin strips.
HEAT 1 tbsp. oil in skillet. Add pork and cook until browned, stirring
often. Remove pork.
HEAT remaining oil. Add celery, onion and thyme and cook until tender,
stirring often.
ADD soup, water and pork and heat through. Serve with rice. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Use a piece of boneless pork roast, or boneless pork chops to cut into
stir-fry strips for this dish. Often the boneless roast will be a better
value, at cents-per-pound, than the chops. Compare prices to determine,
and use the rest of the roast within 2 or 3 days or freeze the remainder
for future meals.
