Thinking of a grill menu for Father's Day? Don't look any further for
the perfect potato salad to accompany any grilled meal, compliments of
the Campbell's(R) Kitchen.

Crunchy Potato Salad
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min. - Chill Time: 3 hr.

9 medium potatoes, cubed
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Celery OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Directions:
  COOK potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 10 min. or until done. Drain.
  MIX soup, mayonnaise, vinegar and pepper.
  TOSS potatoes, celery, green pepper, onions and eggs with soup mixture
until coated. Refrigerate 3 hr. or overnight. Serves 10.

Kitchen Clip:
There are two critical tricks of making perfect potato salad. Mix
seasoned dressing with potatoes while they are still warm, so drain and
let cool only slightly before seasoning and dressing. Also, let potato
salad have a chance to sit and have flavors "marry"--a couple of hours
at least.
