Get ready for treating Dad like the royalty he is by planning a Father's
Day menu he'll remember. Start with a knockout appetizer tray featuring
a hot and spicy crab dip.

Double Cheese Crab Dip
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce OR Pace(R) Chunky Salsa
1 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated pasteurized crabmeat
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives

Directions:
MIX picante sauce and chili powder. Spread cream cheese in 9" pie
plate. Top with picante sauce mixture, crabmeat, Cheddar cheese, olives
and additional picante sauce.
BAKE at 350°F. for 15 min. or until hot. Serve with pita triangles,
tortilla chips or fresh vegetables for dipping. Makes about 3 cups.
To soften cream cheese, remove from wrapper. On microwave-safe plate,
microwave on HIGH 15 seconds.

Kitchen Clip:
For ease in menu planning, stir together all ingredients, cover and
refrigerate for up to a day before heating. If doubling the recipe to
serve a large group, make two separate batches to fill two 9-inch plates
instead of one big batch. Think about toasted bagel chips, crackers, and
toasted slices of baguette to serve as scoopers.
