No dish says "comfort food" in the winter as deliciously as macaroni and
cheese--and no ingredient makes it easier or more foolproof to cook than
Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup, as our classic Baked Macaroni & Cheese
recipe proves.
Baked Macaroni and Cheese
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 20 min.
Cook Time: 20 min.
1 can Campbell's(R) Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 soup can milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups hot cooked corkscrew OR medium shell pasta
1 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. butter OR margarine, melted
Directions:
MIX soup, milk, pepper and pasta in 1-qt. casserole.
MIX bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over pasta mixture.
BAKE at 400°F. for 20 min. or until hot. Serves 4.

on vegetables, too. To make our Cheesy Broccoli: MIX 1 can Campbell's
Cheddar Cheese Soup and 1/4 cup milk in a 2-qt. microwave-safe
casserole. Add 4 cups frozen broccoli cuts. Cover. MICROWAVE on HIGH 8
min. or until broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring once. Serves 4.
