Dinner's in the oven while you relax with this meal-in-one casserole of
creamy chicken and broccoli topped with cheese. Count on Campbell's(R)
Cream of Chicken Soup to make dinner easy, fast and tasty!
Chicken Broccoli Divan
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 20 min.
4 cups cooked broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken OR 98% Fat Free Cream
of Chicken Soup
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter OR margarine, melted
Directions:
PLACE broccoli and chicken in 9" pie plate or 2-qt. shallow baking dish.
MIX soup and milk and pour over. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix bread
crumbs with butter and sprinkle on top.
BAKE at 450°F. for 20 min. or until hot. Serves 4.
Serve with rice simmered in chicken broth and salad from the salad bar.
For dessert serve Pepperidge Farm(R) cookies.

The next time you make this dish, substitute frozen peas or asparagus
cuts, thawed and drained, for broccoli. Thaw vegetables in microwave
before adding. For an extra-special touch, garnish this casserole with
sliced almonds. Serve this creamy dish over rice simmered in chicken
broth, and add a green salad to the menu.
