Kitchen Clip:
Small boneless hams are versatile and a good value. Slice for
sandwiches, sauté thick slices for ham steak, and dice for stirring into
a variety of dishes--like macaroni and cheese, split pea soup, beans,
main dish salads, cheese sauce for topping hot biscuits.
