Meat and potatoes don't come more easy and delicious as Easy Skillet
Beef & Hash Browns. Browned ground beef and diced potatoes are sauced
with Campbell's(R) Cream of Celery Soup, with ketchup and Worcestershire
sauce adding tang. A topping of cheese makes this quick dish perfect.
Easy Skillet Beef & Hash Browns

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Celery OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups frozen diced potatoes (hash browns)
3 slices process American cheese
Directions:
COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD soup, water, ketchup and Worcestershire. Heat to a boil. Stir in
potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done. Top with
cheese. Serves 4.

Try serving this skillet supper with a green salad tossed with Italian
dressing. Serve brownie sundaes for dessert: Microwave brownies briefly
to heat; top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of
chocolate sauce.
