Spike Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup with vinegar and brown sugar to make a
tangy barbecue sauce for deli roast beef. Count on Campbell's(R) to make
dinner quick, easy and satisfying.

Quick Barbecued Beef Sandwiches
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (26 oz.) Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
12 hamburger rolls, split and toasted

Directions:
  HEAT oil in saucepot. Add onion and cook until tender.
  ADD soup, water, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire. Heat to a boil.
Cook over low heat 5 min. Add beef and heat through. Serve meat mixture
on rolls. Makes 12 sandwiches.

Kitchen Clip:
Serve deli cole slaw, carrot sticks and potato chips with these hearty
dinner sandwiches. Offer strawberry sundaes for dessert: Thaw a package
of sliced frozen strawberries to top vanilla ice cream.
