The family's favorite tuna-noodle dish is jazzed up with mozzarella
cheese and mixed vegetables--and ready in a flash, straight from the
stove. Campbell's(R) soup makes family meals easy and delicious.
Cheesy Tuna & Noodles
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.
3 pkg. (3 oz. each ) chicken flavor ramen noodle soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Mushroom OR 98% Fat Free Cream
of Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (about 9 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (about 6 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
Directions:
COOK ramen soup according to pkg. directions. Drain off most of liquid.
MIX mushroom soup, milk, garlic, pepper and vegetables in skillet.
Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until vegetables
are tender. Add cheese and heat until melted.
ADD tuna and noodles. Heat through. Serves 6.
To thaw vegetables, microwave on HIGH 4 min.
Kitchen Clip:
Snipped parsley makes a colorful and quick garnish for many dishes. Keep
parsley fresh in the refrigerator for a week or more, ready for any
last-minute garnish. Trim stems and place, stems down, in a glass of
water; cover loosely with a plastic bag. Replace water every few days.
