Chili Chicken Pasta Topper
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 cups hot cooked corkscrew pasta

Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
ADD soup, milk, cheese, chili powder and garlic and heat through.
Serve over pasta. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Instead of starting with raw chicken, use cubed cooked chicken (from
leftover roast chicken or from the deli) and skip the sautéing step. You
might also think about stirring some cooked vegetables, like chopped
broccoli, into the sauce.
