Cranberry Turkey with Arugula Sandwiches

Prep Time: 10 min.
1/4 cup cranberry-raspberry crushed fruit
4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Multigrain Natural Whole Grain Bread
2 tbsp. cream cheese OR Neufchatel cheese, softened
6 oz. thinly sliced roasted turkey breast
Arugula leaves
Directions:
SPREAD 2 slices bread with crushed fruit. Spread remaining bread with cream cheese.
TOP crushed fruit bread slices with turkey, arugula and remaining bread. Serves 2.
Kitchen Clip:
Substitute romaine or other lettuce leaves for arugula. Serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side, and potato chips.
